Ability to add images to option values and customize smilies / stars

It would be so helpful if it would be possible to add an image/ icon to options in a survey not just the question and to customize rating icons e.g. add colour or make them bigger. for example have red for bad and green for good ratings in the survey.

Agree - surveys are boring to fill out to begin with. Making things more visual can drive a bit more engagement and the ability to add images, icons and visual communication improvements can help improve customer experience.
