Yes, there are few such requirements from my client as :- Wellness care, Headset subsidies, Learning subsidies etc., which are based on annual limits. Employees should restrict submitting expenses above the limit (country wise) for the FY. Eg :- Wellness for part time employees in US is1000$, whereas 500$ for Canada, 400EUR for full -time employees in UK region for every FY. etc., it needs to be achieved by expense policy . However, both the part-time/full-time specifications and Fiscal calendar aren't available OOTB.

Yes, many expense reimbursements for employees are subject to annual limits based on the financial year or calendar year. This should be configurable for each expense category, along with a provision of either error, warning or submit with justification for each expense category. The approving supervisor should also be able to view the employee's previous expenses so that her approval can be an informed decision
