It’s not possible to have only candidate records as a look-up type when adding applicants to Application, Submission, etc. Same comment on Jobs logic, when adding client from search field, can’t pull only Contacts. Want that 

Would like to be able to track using the Dynamics widget in Outlook when replying to an email (not just received, sent, etc)

Would like a quick print button for CV parsing rather than select menu, scrolling, hitting pint.

Should add time zone selection in personalized settings - not currently available.
