Currently you can use the Dynamics integrator (in the PowerApps admin center) to integrate data from Talent to Finance and Operations; however, the opposite is not true. You cannot create a connection with your own sources and destinations unless there is a template that uses those sources and destinations. Additionally, if you have multiple CDS instances and you want to copy, move, integrate, etc. your data between the CDS and a "Talent CDS" you cannot do that either. The integrator should have a template that allows for a connection from one CDS to another CDS as well as the ability to connect from F&O back to Talent. This will open a large variety of integration options that seem like they should already exist.
