For general journals you can edit descriptions after posting through the edit list but you can’t edit description in the fixed asset journal list. I posted some opening balances during my migration with GL posting turned off so that it did not hit the GL (as opening balances were migrated separately). However because I imported a file the description did not auto populate from the asset number and now my posted fixed asset journals do not have a description and I can’t edit the description which is irritating. Can the edit list be added to the fixed asset journal posting in the same way it is available in the general journal postings.
