Currently it is only possible to have 10 active BPF's per entity. So if you are implementing are slightly advanced Customer Service solution that have more then 10 different types of cases (with different case handling flows) you quickly run into problems. I really don't see any reason why MS could not increase or completely remove this limitation.

There should be more than 10 BPF should be allowed per entity for Complex Customer Service Implementation. I am also facing this issue currently while trying to add new BPF on Case entity as existing implementation already exhausted limit of 10 Active BPF.
