When having the Business Central document view and insights add ins connected to an outlook account within a Client, you are unable to disconnect them without uninstalling the entire office package and reinstalling it.
End goal is to be able to connect the add ins to a different tenant.
Upon deleting the tenant the add ins began giving error messages.
We went through the assisted set up within the newly created environment - Outlook client showed us an error message, Outlook OWA was working fine.
We attempted deleting the manifest files from both BC and the Exchange online - No joy, Client kept showing the same error message, OWA kept working as expected.
We attempted removing the email account from the outlook client and add it on a new - no joy - same issue.
Purging browser cache proved no good as well.
We attempted using Windows developer tools in order to locate the relevant cookies for Outlook - no joy, could not find them.

Overall getting the Client extensions to work with different tenants should not be this hard.
