The Headless CMS & DAM coming along with the ecommerce platform can be made enterprise CMS or Enterprise DAM that can be used by other Microsoft apps like Dynamics 365 marketing so as to make the content delivery across ecommerce and Marketing in alignment.
Like the campaign emails going out can use the WEB assets and have the feedback linked directly to the similar browsing experience of the site.
Similarly the vice versa - the digital flyers or weekly ads created can be used across all channels
