These are 2 different features here, with the auto-reverse at posting the one line that has been around for a number of years. Whereas the reverse entire journal will not implement any support to read individual lines that may/may not have been marked with reverse.

The suggestion is to disable the Reverse entire journal functionality if a line level reversal option has been exercised.
