There is an issue when a Payables Transaction Entry is first entered and, rather than click the Save button, the user clicks the 'Next' arrow at the bottom of the screen. When the user does this, the Control ID is not created in the PM tables. The next time they try to access the transaction, they receive the error 'Control ID is missing or invalid.'
