As D365 is a core application used on a daily basis, some companies might want to embed links to other systems, documentation, portals, or process manuals that other users could refer to on a daily basis.

For example, the purchase order preparation workspace could have a link to an external document for a list of business specific best practices when working with a vendor to negotiate pricing or other terms.

The general journal preparation workspace could point to an internal teams sharepoint site that stores reference documentation on the COA, or other business specific monthly processes.

This way, D365 F&O workspaces could be the "central" landing page for the company by business process.

The ask is to be able to define a tile or link within a work-space that takes the user to another webpage when clicked on, defined individually for each legal entity.
