For example, the purchase order preparation workspace could have a link to an external document for a list of business specific best practices when working with a vendor to negotiate pricing or other terms.
The general journal preparation workspace could point to an internal teams sharepoint site that stores reference documentation on the COA, or other business specific monthly processes.
This way, D365 F&O workspaces could be the "central" landing page for the company by business process.
The ask is to be able to define a tile or link within a work-space that takes the user to another webpage when clicked on, defined individually for each legal entity.

Integrating external URLs as tiles or links in Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (D365 F&O) workspaces, as suggested by Drew Forward, offers significant benefits:Centralization of Resources: This integration creates a one-stop hub, enhancing efficiency by allowing users to access various resources directly within D365, avoiding the need to switch between applications.Customization and Relevance: The feature enables customization for different legal entities, ensuring relevant resources are accessible to users based on their specific roles and departments.Streamlining Workflows: Embedding links in key areas like purchase order or journal preparation streamlines workflows, reducing the time to consult external resources.Consistency and Collaboration: Linking to shared resources like SharePoint sites ensures uniform, updated information across the organization, fostering collaboration and consistency.Adaptability and Scalability: The ability to easily update and modify links ensures the system stays adaptable and scalable, keeping pace with evolving business needs.Enhanced User Experience: Integrating external resources directly into workspaces makes the system more intuitive and interconnected, boosting user engagement and satisfaction.Overall, adding external URLs in D365 F&O workspaces strategically enhances efficiency, collaboration, and user experience, adapting to the dynamic nature of modern business operations.

We would also like to do able to do this. Specifically with an "Azure AD App" Registration, where we can control the user access, Icon and URLs. e.g. an Azure App Services (Web App) for D365 training.

Believe this would be a very nice feature and have a current request from business.
