Display a counter balloon on tabs on UCI like on the email apps on an android phone (red dot with a number in it that shows a message count).

Proposal: the count should be configurable based on a view like "open cases", "open activities", "open opportunities".

User do not have to click trough all the tabs to see if there is something oben within this customer.
