There should be a way to make a copy of a purchase order, or purchase quote directly from where one has already been completed. At present, the only way involves multiple steps and creating a new document and then searching for a previously document to copy into the new Purchase Order / Purchase quote. If you deal with a supplier / customer where multiple PQs / POs are raised, this requires you to identify which document you want to copy, before you are able to make the new document. Instead, you should just be able to find the document you want and make a direct copy of it.
