When trying to bulk activate draft products in Dynamics 365 Sales, you might observe that the user interface does not provide an option to activate several products simultaneously, and the publish button on the product screen disappear when you select more than one product.

Request:

• Consider choosing multiple product records that are not part of a product family and allowing them to be published. 
• Alternatively, offer extra configuration settings to enable publishing them at the same time without grouping.
