Currently, the only way to know if there is an attachment on an item is to highlight the row or drill into an item or link and note a number quantity over the paperclip.

It would be something to consider to have certain rows of text be "highlighted" to indicate an attachment by changing text color or bolding/italicizing (whichever wouldn't affect scaling). This would be an immediate visible flag for an attachment that would change an end user's expectation to look for an accompanying attachment.

Some modules where this would be beneficial: All Production Orders, Quality Orders, Non Conformances
