Hello

I am trying again, because I really want this to happen.

I work at a consultant company, and the setup we have for our MS Dynamics today is not optimal. The problem involves all PCs at the company (200+), so the installation/fix has to be done on all PCs AFK. We use Office360, MS Outlook and Microsoft Dynamics CRM.

Our problem is that People do not add contacts to our CRM, so it needs to be done automatically.

I would like our CRM and Outlook to check for and execute the following process when an email is received on our company emails:

1. Is the domain in our CRM? (Eks: @companyA.com)

If it is not in our CRM, nothing happens. If it is in our CRM, see step 2.

2. Is the entire address in our CRM? (Eks: jim@companyA.com)

If it is in our CRM, nothing happens. If it is not in our CRM, see step 3.

3.Popup appears in outlook, stating we do not have this contact in our CRM. Pleas save the contact, together with the outlook contact form.

4.The contact created in Outlook is synced with our CRM.

The reason we cannot automatically sync all emails and contacts are:

Privacy

Spam

Mess&Order

I hope this is possible to do.

Thanks in advance.

Filip
