• A website user tries to fill the form and then submit but gets an error message, the error message is part of the MS Marketing form (Landing page)
  • We cannot be sure how many such visitors could face the same error and who might not even contact us through another channel ans/or would inform about the error message.
  •  It might not be possible for the website visitor to remember the type of form submitted or if they used private mode or the cookies are disabled.

monitoring this issue where for example 500 users visited the website and submitted the form and suppose 10 could not submit the form due to an error.

- The default error notification on the Marketing form is – “An error occurred during your submission,” so MS should be able to monitor those logs/failed attempts.
