For On-Prem deployments, need the ability to make a connection to a LCS Business Process Library to allow the Help menu to return custom business process/task guides for replay by users. On-prem deployments currently don't have support for Help or LCS > Configurable business processes: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/fin-ops-core/fin-ops/get-started/cloud-prem-comparison#development-and-administration-features

The user experience in leveraging task guides is poor for on-prem deployments compared to cloud deployments.
