Microsoft recently updated environments with Self-service deployment LCS update. As a result, print to screen capability is replaced by "Preview PDF documents using a PDF viewer". Print to screen is widely used and very useful feature. As print to screen is no longer available -
1. Users cannot Export report to MS Word.
2. Reports drill through capability is also no longer available as report is not printing on screen.
Can this feature be enabled again?
