Currently, there is no option or feature available to allocate newly purchased Dataverse capacity to a specific environment.
At this time, the only available approach is to allocate and limit Dataverse usage per environment based on the existing capacity
It would certainly be beneficial to have a feature that allows newly purchased add-on capacity to be assigned directly to a specific environment. This would give tenant administrators—especially those managing environments across multiple regions—greater control over storage distribution based on regional needs.

we need this for our production environment. Once we purchase dataverse storage, we don't want the space to be utilised by other environment belonging to other country team or by our citizen developers. We don't have centralised admin and we cannot enforce limit on other countries environment
