Data Export using Application insight to include Live Metrics.

Previously we used to see Live Metrics with the help of Data Export in Application Insights but now as per the documentation: set-up-export-application-insights - Live Metrics is no longer available feature.

Data related to server performance and CPU usage would also be helpful when the data are imported to monitor server processing and to avoid server throttling.
