At the feature of (Duplicate detection rules), doesn't allow to change somethings that could help our customers when they finding a record duplicated. For example:


1 - Change the fields from the view showed when a record is duplicated. This Would be allow the Customers to put the fields that they need to see the information, and decide what they need to do with your record form example. I have a problem with the Contac table.


2 - The possibility to disable the Buttom Merge from the screen of Duplicate detection rule, showed when the record is saved. This feature shouldn't apear from all users. For example our Customer doesn't allow yous users to merge Contacts records.


3 - Allow the Duplicate detection rule run only the Customer wants. For example, our Customer wants that yours users will be seeing the screen from the Duplicate detection rule, when they are creating a record. Today the rule runs to all steps Create ou Update, and when the record is Updating too. For our Customer this is not so good.


I'm glad to share our cosiderations and I hope to see these features on the system in the near future. This is will help the Customers and they will like a lot.
