Items have a "Description 2" field to allow additional Description on the Item master record. Description 2 is not part of the data set for most out of box reports (sales orders, work orders, picks, etc.). To clarify; the dataset I am referring to is when customizing a report layout in RDLC OR Word format - Because this field is not included in the dataset...... At the very least, add Item Description 2 to the ability to use the standard Custom Report layouts and selection.
As of now, modifications with extensions have to be imported to see Description 2 on reports. My clients are laughing at this inability (not funny laughing!)
