While creating an Expense report, the user will be prompted to select the Business Unit and other Financial Dimensions. In the 'Business Unit' list box currently the system shows only the valid Business units, but the user can still click on the link 'Show all' and select the suspended Business Unit Or the user can type the suspended Business Unit and proceed further to create an expense report.

The issue is that the wrong values are not revalidated until the user Submit the expense report, which makes it all the way for the user entering the details in the expense report, which then can’t be posted and paid.

Is there a way to perform the same validation that currently happens at the time of 'Submit' to perform while creating the Expense Report and Selecting the Business Unit.
