The normal behavior: Require full reservation – Order lines can be released only if the whole quantity is reserved. They can't be released if the total quantity isn't either physically reserved or planned for cross-docking.

The Expected behavior: In the production order, the option “require full reservation” need that the work order should only be created when every line of every item can be fully reserved.

If any item cannot be reserved at the specified location, the work order should not be created.

The work should be not created without any item missed of the production order.
