We need to be able to set an Outbound Warehouse Handling Time per customer. Many times some customers require more time to stage and pack their orders (i.e. 1D or 2D) while others are just pick and ship (i.e. 0D). This would always override the setting on the location or inventory setup in all cases.

It may also be beneficial to be able to set at the item level, however determining hierarchy between this and if there is also a setting on the customer.

It is really limiting to only be able to set at the Location level as the lowest level.
