After adding a new contact from the Customers form > Contacts > Add contact, then adding first name, the contact record is committed to the database. If the user attempt to edit/add the middle name, last name or any subsequent fields the following error is received: 'Cannot edit a record in People (DirPerson). The record shown has been updated by another user'. In order to successfully make edits to the newly created contact record via the customer form navigation, the record must be closed and re-opened again.


This bug should be fixed so that users can continue adding all details to the 'Contact' record upon initial creation from the Customer form navigation.
