We are using dashboards that show listings of cases on the new Unified Interface. These cases are using an enhanced SLA, so the due dates are on the cases' related Resolve By KPI entities. We attempted to have the date values appear in the case card forms, but the card forms do not allow editing the properties of fields brought into the form (it only displays a link to the related Resolve By KPI entity). We would like to be able to show the KPI Instance due dates right on a case card.
