The fiscal agency in Italy requires to calculate the withholding tax for certain vendor categories. Based on client need, i suggest to include a basis amount for withholding tax calculation at invoice level. The user shall be able to input the amount based on which the withholding tax is calculated, directly at invoice level (not payment level). A new feature has been released on 14 July. Still the user is not able to input any amount but just verify it.
