Inspection Matrix, Column Type Entity Lookup

With new customers, the technician must first record the installed base on site. Capturing this with customerassets is unreasonable on the mobile app.
The Matrix Toolbox in the inspection is ideal here. However, you can only specify numbers, text and custom dropdowns in the inspection columns. It would be ideal if you could also use a lookup on DYN365CE tables (aka Entity) in matrix columns, as is already possible with "Entity Lookup" as a single field.

Absolutely agree this would be a great feature to add to really build out the functionality in the inspection templates.

Absolutely, agreed. And if we could extend this so that it would pre-fill Matrix columns from the selected entity/table record that would be perfect.For example:Column 1 (Lookup column) = Defect type tableColumn 2 (Text column) = Defect description (prefilled from Defect Type table, and can be overwritten)

Agree, this would be practical as the entity lookup table enables only one entity (Y)
