Item Merge

BC allows "Merge With" on the customer and vendor table, but not on the item table. I think it would be incredibly useful to be able to combine duplicate item records into one.

This would be extremely helpful in keeping our item lists clean. Duplicate items become almost unavoidable over time. Even with high-quality approval workflows, there are users coming from legacy NAV systems that didn't have these workflows available to them and duplicate items abound.

Exactly - and we need the function chart of accounts - very often, when a migration from an other economy system.
