In eConnect there is a functionality to create manual payments but Manual payments have 2 steps. First create the payments and second Apply those payments to invoice. eCoonect is missing the second part. Please add PMApply to taPMManualCheck so the process would be completed through eConnect. Right now we have to write the code in eConnect and for further process we have to write the SQL scripts or look for third party solution.

Thank you for your suggestion.  The functionality is working as designed. If the product is missing funtionality you require we would recommend using an ISV solution such as Smart Connect.
