[Problem]

When using the workflow for Free Text Invoices, records that have been approved can still be deleted. This behavior differs from General Journals and Invoice Journals, where approved but unposted records cannot be deleted after workflow approval. The ability to delete approved Free Text Invoice records may lead to accidental loss of data, as deleted records cannot be recovered.
