Allow the creation of form fields with multiple choice answers that are not mapped to another entity.

Some of our clients want to use marketing forms and sometimes add for example a dropdown form field only for to ask for a special interest or anything else. The Submitted value should only be visible in the saved form submission and should be not mapped to another entity.

I believe this idea is still actual, as the documentation provided for decline is for Outbound Marketing and not Realtime Journeys.
