The option to potentially future include option of eligibility of laboratory test on a team member, maybe potentially nice to have. Not having this option, user may not easily visualized potential team members that maybe potential eligible for medical laboratory test and/or as per legal entity and/or human resources department policies.

Thank you for your suggestion. The functionality described is available today in Dynamics 365 for Talent. Within the employee form, there is an option to add test results. You may also add custom fields to this form to track additional information. Please add a new Idea with additional details if the above description does not meet your requirements.
