It must be possible to change the project contract on a project.

It is not possible to change the project contract on a project that has posted transactions.
If an invoice has been posted on the project it is close for changing the project contract.

It is not possible to change the project contract on at project with transaction. It must be possible to change the project contract if the project is not invoiced.
