We need to make impossibile to add tasks in the Timeline of inactive Account or Lead.
At the moment, when we deactivate an account/lead, the result is:
- the grey bar above, that advise of it;
- the user is not able anymore to fill in the fields.

But we need to ihhibit also the addiction of tasks in the Timeline. However the user has always been able to do that, even if the record was inactive. Now we need to suppress it, because it is causing issues in our analysis of the Temporal Sequence.
