We were encountering a synch error when using MDM, which indicated that there is a Contact xx already has a Business Relation with Customer xxx. We finally found out there were 4 issues related why it was not synching.


They were data entry related issue; however, we believe it would be nice if there were some do's and don'ts that we are aware of for the synch to fail. 


I hope MS can come up with that as I do know this is a new feature if I am not mistaken. Thank you very much!
