it would be great if we could train the sales order agent in business central with our company knowledge similar to how we can give instructions to copilot studio agents. Our company has a lot of items and customers often don't use the codes or words similar to the description so it would be good to be able to instruct the agent how to interpret certain orders. Also if we could train the agent on past orders that would be very useful.
