The normal way to do this is to order the BPFs and set security roles so only the one assigned to a user's role will be selected. However, we have multiple users who have more than one security role and need access to multiple processes, but they constantly end up having to change the process for the type of lead/opportunity most commonly entered by that particular user.

I have seen that there may be a way to fix this using a custom script, but it would be nice if this was an OOB customization option. In fact, if you could somehow select the process flow based on the contents of any field, that would be even better. I'm sure based on my web searches that many people would love this.
