The translation import now happens to be on the new powerplatform ui. If an error happens you get such an error message:
"You are attempting to update in the active context when there exists an active row, but either the active row has a state other than publish or unpublish or you are attempting to do a published update of a publishable component, which is not allowed. _Input.FinalComponentState: Publish; componentType: 7; objectId: 4a2f44cf-fa2a-4c46-af2f-02c2a0fa12d9; CurrentState: SolutionActive"
Which is not meaningful because the objectid is nowhere to be found in the excel file. In the old legacy ui you get if you use the same file an error message saying that row xx has an error. Therefore you get some clues what to change.
