In New outlook add-in does not work as expected.


I have been using new outlook for quite a long time and I feel Microsoft should review add-in feature in outlook for better customer experience.


Currently, in new outlook, add-ins are only access through primary account and not to any other account. The feature should be updated where user can access add-ins in outlook using any account and not just primary.


Currently, users can resolve the issue by setting their account as the primary one. However, this solution becomes ineffective when users are involved in multiple projects for different companies and need access to different add-ins for each company's email. In such cases, using add-ins is not feasible.


Please review my suggestion and take necessary action for better user experience.
