Malaysia has Malaysia Government regulatory on SST embarked since Oct 2018, that company need to pay the SST amount for any outstanding invoices that have been overdue for more than 12 months. Refer to this link: https://mysst.customs.gov.my/SSTAccounting

Therefore, user will need to identify those invoices have been overdue for 12 months and make tax payment to the tax authorities although those invoices have not been collected the payment. In MYMF, there are some issues might be occurred:
- There is no setup to identify the overdue tax payments related to overdue invoices for checking and reconciling.
- There is no function to identify if the overdue invoices with prepaid tax payments.

Business impact: Finance team directly with the high tendency to make double payments as there are no traceability on system if the tax amount has been paid and it is currently being monitored manually for each and every transactions. Around 400 invoice issuances across 3 operating entities will be affected. The average of MYR100k of the total tax paid (on invoices > 12 month) might also be affected – bear in mind that this is computed manually, and the reported figures may be higher.
