When you use a Customer Voice in a Real Time Marketing Email, the response on the Customer Voice is shown on the Contact. However, when you open Customer Voice, there you can only see Marketing Respondent. We want to be able to see the name of the Contact, like it was in Outbound Marketing.

Agree. If we truly want to listen to our customers we need to know who they are in RTM too.

I don't understand why this was developed different in Real Time Marketing compared to Outbound Marketing. Propcess worked perfect, now it does not. Please bring it back.
