After modifying the columns and re‑saving the view, the column filters are persisted into the base view query but the filter icon is removed.

This behavior is confusing for users because they cannot easily identify that a filter is still applied. It leads to incorrect assumptions about the data being displayed and causes unnecessary troubleshooting.

The workaround which was provided: While deleting the existing condition from Edit filters and reapplying the filter may work as a workaround, the concern is that users will not be aware that a filter is already applied if the filter icon is no longer visible. Without any visual indication, users cannot reasonably identify that an existing filter needs to be removed before applying a new one. It would not be feasible to guide each user to manually check under Edit filters every time before applying a new filter.

Regarding the suggestion to leverage copilot features, However, the current issue is not related to copilot functionality.

We request that the filter icon should always remain visible on any column where a filter is applied, regardless of adding or modifying other columns. This will improve usability, transparency, and user confidence in the data shown.

This requirement applies across all entities and all products where this behavior exists.
