The demand for a robust and integrity student Invigilator Solution and proctoring industry is at the point to “turn the corner” from previously quick emergency designs and development during the Covid-19 period. A strategic intend exists for Microsoft Corporation to enter the global university student invigilator solution. Microsoft to leverage from existing Microsoft Operating System and offering a niche set of features and functions. 

The global market value is expected to reach $400 billion by 2026.

 In the U.S. Online university education is expected to generate $120.7 billion in 2024 of the $400 billion global capitalization value. 

I have designed a business feasibility study and a technical user journey of the proposed solution based on my experiences listed below:

I have more than 20 years in various capacities as Senior Management in Information Technology: System support, design and development, IT Project Manager and Senior IT Auditing, and IT innovation and consulting, and in sales of digital marketing solutions. 

I am a part-time lecturer and multi-function as lecture, tutor, and research supervisor for other subjects. 

I have experience of 7 university semesters or cycles of setting Online assessments, compiling marking guidelines. 

I have access to other higher learning institutions in South Africa, Zimbabwe, the middle east which has ties to the UK university sector. 

The categorizing for the above product selection may be incorrect based on Microsoft's classification of their business streams.

Your response will be highly appreciated based on CNN news interview with Mr. Bill Gates willingly to expand into Africa and enable these countries on the African continent with enablement and accessibility to learning.

I have tried to contact Mr. Gates directly to take up his offer of expanding and contributing to the upliftment of Africa via providing affordable access for students to conduct their assessments via technology.
