Many of our customers have emails sent via workflow 'from' a user associated with a triggering record. While individual users' settings can be managed via the sdk, there is no way to change the default value for 'Allow other Microsoft Dynamics 365 users to send email on your behalf'. Relying on users to update their settings manually is inconsistent and frequently causes workflow to fail. As a system admin, we should be able to default this value to 'true' for all users. Possibly add it to the orgDBsettings?
