The idea consists of using the email template even in print management in the form setup.

When we set the print destination as email, the idea is to have the possibility to choose even the email template to build a more structured body.


Each documentation type (client account statement, collection letter note, etc...) should allow the use of a predefined number of OOB records present in D365FO based on a predefined index (1%, 2%, etc...). The similar logic that we use for the predefined description is present in the General ledger module.
