Update marketing page designer to match the new email editor

The email builder changes have been great, however, the marketing page editor is awful in comparison.

We need the ability to create blocks, columns and fully control the look and feel of marketing pages in the same way the new email designer functions. It would make it a great tool, at present it doesn't really work at all.

There are only a few elements that are missing. Namely... Ability to duplicate blocks, manage alignment in every level of the blocks, control padding and margins in sub blocks (such as text or images) all of these are available in the email builder and make creating exactly what is in our heads quite easy, in the marketing page builder it is frustratingly harder.
