We promote the use of Excel Online in creating/updating records, however in providing this permission to our users, it also allows them to Export data out of CRM into Excel. Due to the sensitivity of data in our CRM, we do not want users to be able to export this outside of Dynamics where it cannot be tracked or audited.

We would like there to be separate permissions for exporting - one for exporting to excel and one for using the Excel Online functionality
